PlainWealth is a personal finance tracking and investment portfolio monitoring tool. The Service allows users to:

• Track personal expenses and categorize transactions
• Monitor investment portfolio allocation across multiple accounts
• Set financial goals and receive portfolio rebalancing reminders
• View reports and insights based on their financial data

PlainWealth is a tracking tool only. We are not a custodian, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your investment funds. We do not execute trades or provide investment recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the self-service Delete Account flow.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
